I have relatives that live in Middleboro but my wife and I decided last minute to make the trip from Upstate New York to New Bedford this past Nov. 2011 to pick up some Lobsters. Middleboro was our pit stop.The staff were very accommodating and got us a room booked one day in advance. Although we were only there for one night, both my wife and I felt quite welcome here.Huge room,spotlessly clean, with every amenity possible. Knowledgeable staff that helped us find the best food in town. Overall we were sad that we could not stay for a week. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a great nights sleep and all the comforts of home.

Large room with a massive, comfortable king-side bed. Very clean and fresh-smelling.

Friendly welcome. Very nice breakfast, including bacon & scrambled eggs. Lots of tables.

The only minor annoyance was the bath tub - straight upright back making it uncomfortable to read while soaking.

Slowly making my way up from Providence to Boston I came across the HI Express Middleboro. The staff were friendly and professional but I was not made to feel at home as I have become accustomed too at HI Express. I got the feeling they did not care that I was a Priority Club member or not. The room was very clean, comfortable, quite large and well furnished. Just one annoying thing, the toilet had volcanic eruptions every now and then. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and well presented. If management could make the necessary tweaks this hotel would be top class.

We selected this hotel as a stop-over on the way to Cape Cod. Highly recommend. Quiet, clean. Great breakfast--clean area, well-stocked. Convenient location. Wi-Fi worked well.
