This Embassy Suites always has friendly desk attendants and has one of the better laid out breakfasts of all Embassy Suites I've been to. Every other year we visit this location for Thanksgiving and each time it is wonderful. Also very updated with the nicest bed and bathroom furnishings. Very convenient location as well.

This Embassy Suites really speaks for itself. It has so much you can do JUST on the property, which is great as the Marlborough area really isn't built up well. For around $130 a night you'll have access to one of the cleanest swimming pools possible, a great fitness room and an incredible bar. This Embassy Suites is very different compared to others I've stayed at, as it's possible to get a room that overlooks the bar/atrium area, which is simply beautiful. At night the hotel offers a Managers Reception with free drinks and snacks, and the breakfast is most likely one of the best buffet breakfasts you'll ever enjoy in your life.
If you have kids, the hotel has a large arcade and game room, along with other events happening around the hotel all the time. The hotel IS small pet friendly, and there is a non-refundable fee (mine was $50). Some rooms have balconies which add to the beauty of the hotel. You can sit out on your balcony and relax for the day, which was very wonderful. The rooms are soundproofed very well, which nearly eliminates all possibilities of being woken up through the night, sometimes things can get loud in the bar downstairs, so if you leave your balcony door open you might hear the chatter from downstairs.
This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, I wish I had a reason to be back in Marlborough to stay there again!

I just returned home from a 3-night stay at the Embassy Suites in Marlborough, MA. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times before and have always enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I was happy to see the fitness center had been updated since my last visit.

A few things that need improvement:
Fitness Center - I arrived on Tuesday evening and went to the Fitness Center. When I opened the door, the smell almost knocked me out. I really don't think there is any ventilation in the fitness center. It is also a bit humid since it is located just off the pool/hot tub. I also think you need to have more than 2 treadmills. In the morning, it was always busy... which brings me to my next suggestion.

Stairwells - if the cardio equipment is being used, then the next best place/way to get a cardio workout is to run the stairs. I used stairwell 'B' in the back of the hotel just off the bar/dining room area. From the 1st to the 4th floor, the stairs were pretty clean. But, the stairs from the 1st floor down to the ground floor were filthy.... it's like whoever swept the stairs just pushed it down towards the bottom and didn't use a dustpan.

Check the Balcony Door - I was in suite 312. I felt a draft from near the bottom of the balcony door by my bed. I opened the curtain to see what was wrong and noticed my door was open about 1/4 an inch. I was surprised to see that the door had not been shut and locked between the previous guest's visit and mine.

I definitely recommend staying at this Embassy Suites. Just be sure to check your balcony door!

Stayed a week and Everything met my expectations, The food, The Room, The Desk Staff, Tracey, Adida~ who is Wonderful!. The Bed Was The most comfortable bed ever!, This was my first experience with Embassy Suites, and I am A Very pleased customer. No Noise, beautiful Decor. Thank you So Very Much... I got a good nights rest every night. and had a great breakfast first thing in the morning..:) The Staff is every-kind of friendly and seem to like what they do and are specialists in their area.
