We enjoyed this Band B very much. I have stayed in Band B's all over and this one was perfect. Inn Keepers are very kind and helpful but not intruding. We loved the rooms and the beds. The entire place was spotless too.
The location is perfect because you are by water and cute Marblehead and away from the bustle of Boston but close enough to enjoy Boston.
Our breakfast was perfect and there was not rush to eat it.
We drank coffee and relaxed!

Wife, 2 kids and I stayed here for a night. Beautiful, 100 year old house on a cape with a lighthouse in the backyard. Greeted by owner and a plate of homemade cookies. Woke up in am to a plate of fresh cooked biscuits, fruit and yogurt. Nicest people.

Private beach, incredible views, wonderful accommodations. Felt more like being at home than a hotel, and just wonderful.

We stayed here for two nights based on the reviews posted previously, and we were not disappointed. The rooms are very nicely furnished and cosy, right at the top of the house; the welcome is warm; the bathroom is well equipped with both bath & shower; the breakfast which was served in the next door room was very good, with pastries, fruit, yoghurts and drinks and there is a small fridge and coffee maker. The views of the lighthouse and harbour are fantastic.

The only thing we didn't realise, is that One Kimball is not in Marblehead itself, but right at the end of Marblehead Neck, which is a smart but residential area, and therefore, about three miles' drive from the town - this could be a factor if you want to walk to a restaurant for a meal.

We were staying in Marblehead for one night and found One Kimball doing an on-line search. We could not have wanted anything more - it was extremely clean, very easy to find, had great communication with the owners before and during the stay - the location is probably the finest you could desire in Marblehead being right at the lighthouse and by a park overlooking the water.

We had 2 young daughters with us and the owners welcomed them, the room layouts for a family was perfect.

We aren't really bed and breakfast people and generally stay in hotels, but we couldn't recommend this higher nor have wanted a better experience.

Plus our last name is Kimball, so staying in a place that had our last name as part of the name made it all the more fun.
