Had high hopes for this as a great option for two nights on a college search trip for my husband, son and me. however they messed up the reservation and gave the wrong bed set up (king vs. two queens) and then didn't have any more rooms with the right set up. We got the Presidential Suite instead which was big, but still had two double beds and plastic shower inserts, not to mention old, torn sheets and a heating system that was not temperature controlled so blasted all night long so we were either freezing or boiling. Breakfast buffet is good, but dining room is somethwat small so we had to wait a bit for a table. Rooms are clean, but elevator was not so much. All in all, not a terrible experience and they tried hard to remedy their mistakes, but it just didn't quite cut the mustard.

This hotel was a convenient stay for us (2 moms, 2 kids) during a recent nearby soccer tournament. The rooms were spacious and attractive. The granite in the bathroom was nice. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was helpful. The rate was affordable and I would definitely choose this property again. Only a few (not critical) details. 1) Not enough soaps/shampoos. 2) The pool area was dark and smelled strange 3) the elevator was a bit slow 4) breakfast in hotel is pricey.

Stayed there for a work Christmas party. Food OK nothing great about it but was not horrible either.
Room was average sized. Bathroom had mold on the tile and the caulking was torn. The heat lamp did not work at all. The room was quiet except when another room used the bathroom. Old style T.V.
Did not use the pool but look inviting.

Stayed here for a weekend conference in July. Clean and comfortable for both accommodation and meeting space. Found out on my stay that this is the largest conference hotel in central Massachusetts. If I were in the area, I would stay again.
