“Comfortable, clean, and affordable”

We (like many other people who stay here) were here because of a wedding. This must be the local wedding mecca. There aren't a lot of other choices for hotels in the area, but this one is nice. There is a pool, which my son enjoyed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bed was great. One night we heard a lot of loud talking outside in the hallway, but you should expect that when there are lots of drunk wedding guests. I loved that the staff was friendly and helpful with all of our requests. There were delicious fresh apples in baskets in the lobby. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices but was really not that good. Overall it was a great stay!

Room Tip: We tried booking through the hotel directly but only had access to king bed rooms using the wedding...

Dear AlibarbaraMilwaukee,

Thank you for your comments on Trip Advisor. We appreciate your feedback about your stay and also about the reservation process. Although you may have dialed the hotel the reservations are sent to the Central reservation center for Starwood. They do not have the capability to override the system regarding what type of room is available or put more rooms into a block. They can only book what is available. Should you run into this same issue in the future I would suggest calling the hotel again and ask for on property assistance and the agent should be able to walk you through to your desired room type if it is available.

Bottom line we are happy you were able to reserve and stay with us. We hope we can be of assistance to you in the future if you return to Leominster.

“Not what we expected”

At check in (3:15) we were told one of our two rooms was not ready yet, but they would bring up keys when it was ready. We had to go down twice to ask for the key and finally were able to get into our second room at 4:30. We were 4 people needing to get ready for a dinner at 5:00 with only one bathroom!! The first room was very musty smelling and the shower had seen better days (moldy grout). The second room was much cleaner but the whole place could use a face lift. On our second night when we returned late from a wedding and couldn't wait to clean up, we found that we had no towels and had to call down to the front desk to request some. We were told they would see what they could do but "all the towels were currently in the dryer"! Luckly they found some and we only had to wait about 10 minutes. Overall we were not impress and had expected so much more from a Sheraton property.

Thank you for taking the time to post comments on trip advisor. We strive to exceed the expectations of all of our guests and apologize that we fell short in regards to your stay. I apologize for the delay in getting you situated in the second room. We were completely sold out the previous night and with checkout at noon the team worked diligently to get the rooms turned in a timely manner and I was happy to see at least one of your rooms was made available when you arrived at the desk. We are currently working on plans for the "facelift" that you commented on and our guests should expect to see changes in the coming year.

“Nothing special.but staff nice”

The building is nice, the neighborhood is a little depressed. The room was nice, TV old style but the sheets were not very soft and the pillows were awful. Not what I expected from a Sheraton, the staff was very nice though. Front desk very helpful.

“Housekeeping horrible!”

Stayed in Aug. for 4 days and had numerous issues at this hotel :tv remote did not work,2 lamps did not work, could not use the ice bucket had huge crack in it and no plastic bag,housekeeping kept leaving 2 or 3 towels for 4 people, every night when we returned I had to call the front desk for more towels, only one bathroom cup for 4 people left everyday, my kids found food under the bed, and the bedspreads were turned down everyday with visable stains on the bedding facing up to see. Took the bedspreads off of the bed because they were so dirty and the blankets on the beds had holes in them. Two times the manager was not in the hotel to talk with and I mailed a letter to corporate offices in Aug. I am still waiting for a respoonse.
Also found beer bottles left in the hallway, elevator and lobby from two weddings that weekend. Front desk was very nice and accomdating but I should not have to call every day for housekeeping to leave enough towels. Very disappointed in the hotel for the cost. Now I do not want to stay there again and have to visit the area every summer for family. I will be looking at another hotel to stay at.

Dear northeast,
On sept. 6th I had emailed you a response to your letter. It appears you did not receive it at the email address that we had for you on property. As you can see by my responses to all comments on Trip Advisor, I also respond to every guest email received on property and through other channels. The voice of our guest is important to us so we may develop continuous process improvement plans with our team. In regards to you stay with us, I want to apologize for any inconsistencies that you experienced in our service delivery. Your comments were discussed at our weekly staff meeting to determine how we could have managed your stay with us more effectively, especially with the need for more towels and cups in your room on a daily basis. We understand that traveling is not easy especially with children in tow. Your request for extra towels and cups should have been noted and passed along so we could have stayed ahead of your requests. The remote and light bulb should have been tested prior to occupancy. As far as the linens are concerned I have asked our Executive Housekeeper to see where the disconnect existed to change out the linens. While we can not go backwards, we can move forward. It is my hope that you will see this experience as an anomaly in the brand experience and give our Four Points or one in another location another try. I would look forward to the opportunity to speak with you personally in regards to this matter. Again I apologize for this hick-up in our service delivery.

“Clean and Comfortable”

Stayed here as a way point on a trip through the US, arrived very late and night and left very early in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool looked very nice.
