What a treat. The suite we stayed in had all we would need for the entire winter! A warm bed, a hot fireplace and cozy couches to read on! Breakfast was beautifully presented in the elegant dining room and sun room. THOSE GRITS were the best! Your southern roots definitely shinned through with those. Our fist time here..... Do not plan for it to be our last!!!! Thank you.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had anywhere. The owners are so friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home.

We have wonderful memories of our long weekend spent here. It was our first getaway as a couple years ago and we will definitely be back!

We desperately needed a mid-winter getaway, and decided to meet up with old and dear friends in the Berkshires. We had been to Hampton Terrace over the summer, and decided to give it a try again. It was terrific...the Berkshires are very different in the winter, but we had a ball anyway. Stan, as always, was accommodating and friendly. Our rooms were spacious, warm and toasty, and immaculate. We are looking forward to returning this summer.

I worked in hospitality for years and have become incredibly picky. I will look tirelessly until I find a great place to stay. This is perfect! Hampton Terrace is the first place I have not even given a second thought to whether I should use the bathtub or sleep on their sheets. Everything was clearly very clean and well cared for. Everything worked properly. Everything we needed (wine glasses, plates, silverware, refrigerator, water, etc.) were so easy to get to that we felt immediately comfortable and at home. Our room was absolutley beautiful and the mattress was outstanding! Breakfast was lovely with plenty of healthy choices. And Stan was excellent and thoughtful, emailing us local restraunts and attractions before our arrival. Upon arrival he quickly and efficiently gave us a tour of the house and our room, making sure we had everything we needed. Added bonus-I forgot to set my alarm clock and woke up to church bells from across the street, very beautiful! I don't have enough good things to say about the Hampton Terrace! I have thought about it daily since we left last week and know exactly where I will stay when in Lenox.
