My experience was I was stranded in Lenox in a horrible snowstorm and could not find a place to stay because I was traveling with 2 cats.

I finally saw a bright Econo Lodge sign and stopped the car at the foot of the driveway - I wasn't sure I could drive the car up the hill, and the snow was falling so fast I couldn't see anything. I finally reached the lobby, shaking from the cold and fear of driving on glare ice for hours. I confessed to having cats, but the man at the desk just said "I will help you." I almost cried. He offered to drive my car up the hill, gave me a room on a courtyard away from the wind, and actually unloaded my bags from the car, cats and all.

There were other stranded travelers there that night, and the next morning there was a nice breakfast (free) in a diningroom with waffles, juice, pastries and hot coffee. It was wonderful.

I can't thank Econo Lodge enough. The room was very clean, with a great TV.

I would definitely stay there again -- on a vacation next time I hope.

I was pleasantly surprised at the large room size. The window looked out onto lovely lawn and pool. The location was central to all sights. The rooms were extremely clean and the service very pleasant.

We come here and stay at this hotel all the time, only because they have a extremly friendly and wonderful staff. They always try to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. It is an older hotel, but it is very clean and they have comfy beds.

We stay at this Econo Lodge We like it so much. We will be going there again.Everything you want central,convenient location,very close to shopping,restaurants.Excellent value and great service.
