During the busy season it's difficult to find accommodations for one night in this area. The reservation was made at the last minute. Location to town is fine. The room was very small but clean. Bathroom off the hall was private for our room, oldish, but functional. Our hostess,
Joan was polite, businesslike and served one of the best B & B breakfasts we've ever had. We'd return in the future but look for one of the larger rooms.

Super location. Attractive to antique lovers, but our room was in building several hundred feet from the main inn. Room was large, recently redone, but cold and damp since it is partly below ground level. Breakfast was not as good as many B & B' s we have been in. The towels were an embarrassment - thin and small, requests for extras were ignored. Internet access was spotty. All in all, pricey for what you got. Would stay elsewhere next time we are in Tanglewood.

nestled in the historical Lenox, Massachusetts this is a place to relax and enjoy a tranquil vacation. The service was incredibly friendly and the atmosphere as if we were part of the family.

The common rooms are very charming with interesting decor and the grounds are very nice, though we didn't take advantage of them due to the weather. Breakfast was very good and the owners were friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bath could use some updating and I don't think the radiators work well because we were given an electric space heater for the room (which worked fine). Lenox itself was disappointing- I hadn't been there in about 5 years and a lot of the local shops have since shut down. There are some excellent new restaurants in town though.
