What a pleasant surprise to find an indoor heated pool in the middle of the winter. This location is conveniently located to both the Mid-Cape Highway, The Mall and all other locations on the Cape. Don't miss the free breakfast. All you can eat. Great value and pleasant experience. Bring your bathingsuit.

My husband and I stayed for two days for my sons hockey showcase. The room is very tiny. I am not use to being cramped in rooms like this, as we usally stay in two bedroom suits. The suit was booked.

The room was clean, the house keeping friendly, always greeted you when passing by. I will say while taking a bath the toliet at one point must have plugged up as there was dry fecal matter seepage lines running down behind the toliet. Not noticeable unless you were in the tub. The bathroom was tiny.

When coming in from one of the side doors, the room key never worked good. It took about 20 swipes before it opened. It was freezing out and most of the time someone walking by would open the door before my room key worked.

Breakfast was as usual for the Comfort Inn. A nice variety. I will say the girl keeping the food full was very good. There was 5 hockey teams there with boys 16-20, big eaters. They were slamming the buffet hard, and she jumped everytime someone asked for something. The two little dogs running around while we were eating was kind of gross.

Staff was friendly and efficient.

The pool looked nice, we forgot our suits so we did not swim. A good stay, we might come back for a quick vacation in the summer.

My ferry home to Martha's Vineyard was canceled because of high winds, so I had the choice of driving back to Boston to stay with family or finding a reasonably priced accommodation that would welcome me and my dog on short notice. The Comfort Inn Cape Cod in Hyannis was just the ticket, and they had a special rate -- $74.99 -- for islanders. The dog enjoyed his first hotel stay, and I got a good night's sleep in a comfortable and clean first-floor room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in a pets allowed room, so maybe that's the diffference, but it was TINY and cramped. There was a plastic jar lid wedged between the bed and nightstand that housekeeping missed, and the bath mat in the shower was disgusting - the tub under it was still green when it was pulled up. The phone didn't work at all - it was ripped out from the wall, as a matter of fact. that was ok because we had cell phones, but really unforgivable. The breakfast was simple but good, the pool was nice and actually had a lifeguard, and the desk staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The location is good, easy off Rte 6. There are so many places to stay on the Cape I will try somewhere else next time.
