We stayed in a pets allowed room, so maybe that's the diffference, but it was TINY and cramped. There was a plastic jar lid wedged between the bed and nightstand that housekeeping missed, and the bath mat in the shower was disgusting - the tub under it was still green when it was pulled up. The phone didn't work at all - it was ripped out from the wall, as a matter of fact. that was ok because we had cell phones, but really unforgivable. The breakfast was simple but good, the pool was nice and actually had a lifeguard, and the desk staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The location is good, easy off Rte 6. There are so many places to stay on the Cape I will try somewhere else next time.

We've stayed here before over the Christmas holiday, as it is conveniently located near family. Excellent, friendly staff. Ample breakfast choices. Nice, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Exercise room. Close to Mid-Cape Highway (route 6).

We reported a safety issue - flushing the toilet while someone is in the shower caused the water temperature in the shower to become scalding hot.

This last visit, we had an issue with barking dogs. We reported this issue to the front-desk who said they would call the owner's cell phone.

Don't get me wrong, I'm an animal lover and treated our animals as family members.

I just found it inconsiderate of owners who left their dogs in the rooms unattended. We were unfortunate enough to have a dog next door and across the hall who continued to bark until their humans arrived back in their rooms (approximately an hour of constant barking).

This is the first year we've had a problem with barking dogs.

They are doing some renovations to the hotel. The breakfast area has been expanded and it appeared they are renovating some of the rooms.

We plan on staying here next year, but it will depend on whether we can be assured a room far away from the "kennel" portion of the hotel.

Spent two nights with my wife. Indoor swimming pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Rooms were ok but bathroom was tight. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was better than expected. The location is 1/2 mile from route 6 at exit #6.
