Very clean, decent free breakfast, large indoor and out door pool. next to a very large shopping mall and within 5 minutes to most of the areas attractions. Only negative was the room heater seemed to run at a higher temp than normal. The price was extremely reasonalble.

This place is convenient and cheap. Spotlessly clean. Internet and nice breakfast buffet included. The only negative is the bed was like a slab of concrete.

We booked two rooms and had three teenagers and one pre-teen with us, and no one complained!!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the mall was right next door. Will return again in the spring.

A nicely updated version of a standard motel. After reading a couple of recent TripAdvisor reviews I decided to reserve an overnight stay. What a pleasant surprise! We were greeted by a welcoming desk person and promptly provided with a nicely appointed, brightly lit, comfortable, and clean room. In contrast to newer hotel design standards, the room's vanity/wash basin is within the sleeping/living space and the actual bath/toilet area is small, but adequate. Large flat screen TV and a mini-refrigerator, The complimentary breakfast was more than I expected. Conveniently located right on Route 132 with the Cape Cod Mall at the back door. Surprisingly quiet for its location. Indoor and outdoor pools and very fairly priced. Attentive, friendly staff.
