My friend and I got there really late but the staff was very accommodating. Room was a bit small but was perfect for our needs, and we were even able to eat a small dinner on the table in the room. Our toilet had some problems and, when we called down to the front desk, they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Very clean with really nice bathroom. The hallways are not the prettiest, but who's sleeping in the hallway?! In addition, it is a bit pricey for a no frills hotel, but I think that most "normal" hotels in Hyannis are approximately around the same price range. After doing much research for Cape Cod hotels I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the Cape again!

Had a very pleasant 2 day stay. Staff was very freindly and helpful. Arrived early but had no problem checking in immediately. Room is not as large as expected but we spent most of the time outside anyways. The renovated bathroom really 'modernized' things and really loved the high water pressure shower. Location is fantastic, mid scale outdoor mall across the street and the upscale Cape Cod mall just down the road. Also close to Main Street. Other than a quirky wireless internet connection, we found the hotel to be of good value.

My boyfriend and I went to the Cape to celebrate our anniversary. We booked the hotel online and thought we had secured a decent price for a 3 star hotel. We enjoyed our stay for the most part- moderate size room, clean bathroom etc. Our weekend there was very pleasant UNTIL we came home and noticed a number of small welts on our bodies. We realized we were not only attacked by bed bugs but we brought them back home with us from the hotel. It has been a nightmare ever since. We have been trying to eradicate these bed bugs from our apartment for more than three weeks now!

I would've given this place a 3 or a 4, but because of the bedbugs it deserves a 1. We expect a certain standard, especially when it's a hotel chain.

Please check underneath your mattresses!

Definitely overpriced. Steep hideous staircases from the 60's to get to your car ..or you can walk forever to use 1 small nasty elevator. Renovated??? Oh my!!! Ugliest hotel ever. The carpet looks nasty in the halls and along the walls in the rooms. Its all frayed along the seems. The walls are hideous. Narrow hallways that are sweltering --no Air cond. The room we were in was WEIRD! A bed was on the lower level with little room. The furniture was just ridiculous and had very little storage. The bathrooms that were supposedly granite were horrid. No place to put toothbrush etc ...a little circle sink. The granite is ugly tan on the walls. It all just doesn't make sense! Whoever spent the money and designed renovations should be fired. Pop-corn ceilings are OUT! The narrow stairs going up to the "loft" were so low-end and dangerous for kids and elderly. Upstairs was a crappy pull out with a weird bathroom with no door...again done in ugly granite! Everything is SLOPPY. If they paid millions in renovations...it must have been absolutely hideous before. The breakfasts were nasty and they made me get up from breakfast with two children who should have eaten free to walk to the main desk and get a coupon for each of them. Yet, on the menu...they were to eat free anyway! Although they advertise dinner...uhmm...you have to eat it on little tables in the bar or your ROOM! There were no drapes on the upstairs door that went to what they made sound like a gorgeous deck. HMM! wow. We were between rooftops. There was absolutely nothing to look at. Bill, the manager changed our late check out to 12. He had also decided to charge us an upgrade fee of $50 per day and $75 on weekends. It wasn't worth it trust me! When Bill wasn't at the desk I called again and was told I could check out at 2 as I previously had been told. Then they locked us out of our room early .Thus,we couldn't even get in to leave a tip. Poor management! Poor design! Poor quality food! Poor communication! We dreaded being in the dungeon (room). It is dreary, dark and a waste of your vacation dollars!
