We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in July on our first family trip to Cape Cod. We had a room on the upper level and found it to be clean and spacious, and the location was perfect to walk to shops and restaurants. We ate dinner at 2 restaurants on the harbor which were very good too, and just a short walk from the hotel. There was a quaint breakfast cafe just a couple blocks away too. We also had brought our bikes and were able to ride to Kalmus Beach to enjoy a quick swim one evening. The breakfast was the basic muffins, toast, pre-made toaster waffles, cereal, coffee, juice, etc. It is a very small breakfast room, and one morning there were no available tables so we needed to take our food back to our room to eat. The only thing we found a little unappetizing was that the margarine tub and jelly jars were "shared" by all the guests and were not packaged individually. Other than that, the employees were courteous and helpful, and we had a nice stay. We would stay here again as the location was perfect, the room was bright and clean, and the price was also extremely reasonable for this area at only $85/night.

This is what I got from Priceline and I feel I was not very good with my research, This motel has no iron & ironing board which I feel is very important . The office is closed and there is noone there untill 8am ,so you dont get any coffee or contin. breakfast. Very poor servis and I would tell anyone that reads this to shop around . Very unhappy with what this motel offers,which is nothing .

Nice clean rooms, widows on each side, so lots of natural light, even in the bathroom.
We booked for one night and stayed for four. Even over Labor day weekend the room rates were good for Cape Cod. Excellent base for exploring the Cape. Much better than other two star rated hotels.

We stayed here for one night and found our stay to be OK. We stayed on the first level (Room 42) and I could smell smoke immediately when I walked into the bathroom. We think it was coming from the shower curtain. We had them spray the bathroom, but it didn't help much. We kept the bathroom window open to keep it aired out and it was tolerable. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The pools looked nice, but we didn't go in them. It was within walking distance to downtown Hyannis and the Ferries, which was very convienient. The breakfast was satisfactory, with cereal, fresh bagels, toast, etc. It was good for one night, but would choose to stay somewhere else if we were staying longer.
