“Find another place”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 September 2011

I picked this place purely based on price...and regretted it. When we checked in the clerk said, "You're in room 101...Do you know where that is?" Well, no - I've never been here before. It was in a different building - we drove over there and then had to walk a bit to get in. The door was not locked - so anyone could get in the building at any time. The air smelled bad. The room was okay, but there was no information (like the little booklet you normally get). When we tried to call the front desk to ask about breakfast, several buttons on the phone were missing. When we went to breakfast, it was a few minutes before it was supposed to end but they had already put most things away.
Really the only good thing I can say is that the landscaping looked great. But it just made us wonder why they put money into that rather than into having a better guest experience.

“Disappointing and Dirty”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 November 2010

If you are used to minimal standards of cleanliness do not stay in this hotel. The bathroom had mold/mildew around the tub. I hoped that the linens had been changed, and most disgustingly I noticed a opened condom wrapper on the floor when I was packing up in the morning. I have stayed in economy lodgings before, but they were at least clean. I will never stay at a Day's Inn again. I had no idea that they would have a hotel like this.

“Dirty, Noisy - would never stay here again...”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2010

This was the first night of our trip to New England - and the only bad stay of our trip. The place was dirty, very noisy, and expensive for the type/condition of the room. The bathroom was particularly disgusting - mildew all around the edge of the shower. Definitely do not recommend!

“Dirty room - stay away.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 October 2010

Book reservation via Hotels.com in July and was billed immediately for it. Checked in to hotel in late August. Room was to be a non-smoking room w/ two queen beds. Appears from outside this hotel puts up families for extended stays. Only other car in parking lot had two flat tires and appeared to be in it's final resting place. We should have taken that as our first bad sign. We were on upper level which had an exterior entrance via a covered walkway. Lower level had many kids toys, bikes and adults sitting around outside - not what I am use to seeing at a hotel. Upon entering room, it smelled of old smoke. Window was open and on the sill were ashes. Upon examing bathroom found someone elses hair - many of them, behind the door. Room had not been well cleaned. Friends who live in the area indicate this hotel is frequented often by the cops. We left and requested our $ back, however, same needed to come from Hotels.com. But manager refused to credit Hotels.com at first, but after a long process taking two months and involved attorney general of the state and corporate office of Days Inn, but just received notification manager has credited Hotels.com and they will be crediting us for a full refund.

“Filthy”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 August 2010

This was one of the worst places I have ever spent the night. If the group I was traveling with would not have been so tired after a long day of travel, I would never have agreed to spend the night. I felt like I was staying at a hooker hotel. The place dirty and had a bad odor. The rooms looked like they had been remodeled, but not finished. I can not imagine why Days Inn would want to have their name associated with this hotel.
