“Better than Doctor Seuss”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 October 2011

A home from 1846, food from local sources prepared by master chef, Tim, a spacious sitting room, and tips on the best places to eat and browse from Lori, make the Bluefish a fine place to spend time on the Cape. Its central location allowed us to travel the Cape from one end to the other. Should we have the good fortune to return we would not consider staying anywhere else.

My husband and I recently stayed 3 nights at the Bluefish Bed & Breakfast. My husband usually does not like a B & B because it is usually just a bedroom and no TV. However, at Bluefish we had the Sunset Suite with bedroom and very comfortable living area with TV. It was very relaxing and cozy. Tim & Lori were wonderful hosts and the breakfasts were outstanding! I would definitely go back again.

“Wonderful Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 September 2011

We stayed at the Bluefish for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. We had a great time. We stayed in the Sunset Suite which was charming. The b&b's location is perfect - easy to get around town and visit other parts of the Cape. Lori and Tim and of course Kona were wonderful hosts. The breakfasts were amazing!!! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed at the Bluefish Bed & Breakfast for 3 nights, and we could not have had a better experience. We were arriving very late the first night, and when I called to inform Lori & Tim of that, they could not have been more accomodating. When we arrived, we found a spacious suite with a couch and flat screen tv in one room, and a comfortable bed in the second room. The bathroom was located directly next to the suite, and bathrobes were provided for convenience.

The best part of the whole experience was waking up each morning to the smell of something delicious being prepared downstairs. My husband adored the coffee (the Inn's own blend), I loved the tea, and both were waiting each morning as we arrived downstairs. After that, we were offered fresh squeezed orange juice, which was some of the best i've had, followed by one of the amazing breakfast creations, made with local ingredients. I could not imagine a better start to the day.

Other than the wonderful accomodations and phenomenal breakfast, we also loved the grounds, and spent a couple of afternoons enjoying a glass of wine in their quiet backyard. All in all, out of the many B&Bs we've stayed in over the years, this is one where I can confidently say that we'll be back, as often as possible.

“Gastronomical relief and special hospitality”

This is now the third time we treat ourselves to a stay at the Bluefish B&B, and I realize that I have not posted a review yet . Shame on me ! Lori and Tim ( and Kona too ! ) are the most incredible guests we know ( and we know quite a few ... ) . They just make life easy, laid back and relaxing. Their house has these special vibes that make you just feel well and enjoy your holiday. Should I describe Tim's breakfasts ? No. Just come to Harwish and discover something that does not compare with any of the very good meals that you can have in other very good places .Yes, we got hooked by Cape Cod, but by the Bluefish Bed and Breakfats even more .
