I guess you get what you pay for. Very tiny business center/excercise room, NO pool. Couldn't get past the itchy feeling from the bed - the dirty grungy tub- the moldy shower curtain, to even sit in there tiny breakfast area to eat something. Stayed here for a softball tournament, and the complaints seemed to be across the board. When we came back from the game, the tub still not cleaned, and they left clean towels, but left the dirty face cloths in the dirty tub. beds where made but not with clean sheets. Alarm clocks did not work, phone did not work. another family who stayed with us there tv did not work. Some families were put in smoking rooms when they reserved non smoking rooms. Overall disgusting. The hampton inn is right behind the days inn and is a much newer place, with a pool, costs a bit more but much worth it.

I am sorry if you and your teammates were under the impression that the hotel had a pool and a larger business center. It would interest me to know where you read or heard otherwise, so that we can correct any misinformation.
