This is not a fancy hotel, so if that is what you are looking for you may not be happy. This is an old (about 100 yr old) house converted to a B&B. We had the room all the way on the third floor. It had a nice view of the water and the room was clean and spacious, with a refrigerator and little microwave. They provide simple toiletries like body wash and lotion. The owner is a very nice, friendly man. Breakfast was simple but solid: pastries, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, and cofee/juice/milk. We stayed in September and the air conditioning was working fine, so we did not experience the problem reported in another review. They have 4 parking spaces next to the house as well as street parking in front of the hotel. The bathtub in this particular room is an old fashioned claw footed tub with a shower. The only thing I would add to the rooms is a security door chain to use when you are in the room at night. We would definitely stay here again.
