This is not a Bed and breakfast of the standards and norm that you would expect in New England, especially at the rate of $120 USD a night. The room we were assigned to was not fit for sleeping and the bathrooms are not private (meaning not in the guestroom). This 'historical house' was a dissapointment. I encourage the traveler to consider any of the B&Bs in Rockport instead.
