I enjoyed my stay at the Inn, the owners are nice and very funny, our room was clean and comfortable. My bedroom was on the front and it was nosiy with traffic and the ocean but I managed to sleep comfortably. the bed was firm but clean and I was very satisfied. I would go again

there are a lot of good things. The owners are nice, the location is nice. The muffins are nice. The price was reasonable.

The bad parts: The mattress was like sleeping on a piece of wood. The traffic outside even late at night was really hard to get used to. We had to drive 16 miles to Walmart to buy a mattress pad and then turn up the air conditioner full blast. Otherwise, there is no way I could have slept there another night.

We had neglected to book a hotel prior to our trip. We arrived in town and inquired from a local as to where to stay. The Inn at Babson Court was suggested, we called to make sure a room was available (and within our price range), and then drove over to check out the room. We had never stayed at a bed & breakfast before. We stayed in the William Friend suite and was pleasantly surprised with our rooms. The room is directly across from the infamous Man At The Wheel statue and also overlooks the water. There is some noise from traffic that seems to drive by even at late hours. Decor is shabby chic and, yes, there's a little dust here and there so if you're looking for a sterile environment, then this B&B is not for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though and would definitely stay here again.

This place was nice and each room had a theme. We loved staying there for my sister in law's wedding. The guy that was taking care of the place was such a character! We ended up renting the entire house for the weekend and we had a blast!
