We had to ask for towels, which when we got them they were spotted and torn. The tub took at least 15 minutes to drain. The water was yellow. There was mold on the ceilings. There was one chair in the room. (it was in the closet)., There were no hangers. The pillows were disgusting, all stained. The sheets were clean but had old stains on them. The room reaked of smoke, even though it was a non smoking rooms. When we left we were confronted with dogs in the hallway. The breakfast consisted of one dirty pot of regular coffee. No decafe. The seals on the windows were broken so that they were all fogged up. The place is a dump..........Also, if you wanted ice they had the old fashioned ice machine where you would have to use a scoop to get ice out of it. Not sanitary at all.

# 1 complaint, BED BUGS. Moved after that. No handles on furniture, pillows soiled very badly. They just tossed the blankets up over the pillows, nothing neat about it. Feel sorry for the football fans.

The location of this hotel is excellent for those going to a Patriot game. However, the hotel itself is dirty, old, sketchy, and loud. There is a club inside the hotel that is loud. I would NOT stay here again.

This place is pretty skanky. Alot of transients & crack heads. Noisy due to the club on first floor. Find another place if you can, tho there are a couple on the same road that are worse. I recommend Holiday Inn Mansfield or the new hotel at Patriot Place.
