“We keep coming back!”

This is the best campground around.. A bit pricey compared to others in the area..but well worth it. We have been every year since 2003- usually a few times -but always at Halloween! The kids have enjoyed it and so have we.. The sites are roomy-bathhouses are spotless. The activities are endless for the kids-no time to get bored. The pools are always very clean.. I cant say enough..

“Nice but Expensive.... and the only campground open during winter... in the northeast.... that I could find.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 March 2011

Been at Normandy Farms Campground for about a month. $735 a month is pretty pricy for winter.... plus electric. I haven't used any of the "extras"... other than the gate that I go thru every evening... Sure the extras are nice...

I couldn't find anywhere else that's open during winter. I freaking only need a hookup and leave in the morning early and return late... 7 days a week. for a motorhome.

I think since they've been open since 1759, they should charge more....:)

Most of the park is full with rv's that I haven't seen anyone at. Roads during winter have been ok and they do clear the sites just prior to arrival. As far as everyone else here...Guess they have there spots rented for winter.... may be storage for most... Bet they aren't paying $735 a month. I rarely see anyone... but again I'm out early and in late...

This place would be awesome for the northeast during spring, summer and fall... Bet It's nice.

Would love to come back with the fam, but for now all business.

Expensive all around, but very very popular according to the internet.

Good luck...

“Very nice clean campground”

We wanted to see why this was so highly rated in the Northeast and we could see why. The campground is very, very clean. The sites are really spaced out so you are not on top of one another especially in the rear of campground. By the pool is very tight. We stayed with multiple families and we had a great time. The kids loved the fishing areas, pools and activities. The only downside was food service was slow and pool rules were very strict. Kids were not allowed to bring any toys in the pool. I could understand when it was crowded but it was not crowded. The other issue was indoor pool was very cold surprisingly. Otherwise, it was a very nice vacation. The kids and dog loved the dog park. We did not play the Frisbee golf but looked like fun.

“Best Campground in Northeast”

Have camped here for 10 years, tried others, no competition. Priced a little higher than average, but you get what you pay for. Ammenities and cleanliness are superior. Recently had a reunion of work employees at the campground and you couldn't have asked for a better location. I rate this place as A+.
If you want a site here, book early...Don't just arrive arrive and expect them to have space available during the high season. Spaces fill up fast and it's no wonder. PLAN AHEAD.

“AWESOME CAMPGROUND”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 September 2010

We drove up to Normandy Farms and immediately could see all the care that is taken to make it such a beautiful place to camp. The site we were in was spacious and well maintained. The rest of the park is a great example of how a campground should be . The laundry facility was spotless and the washers & dryers were some of the nicest we have seen at campgrounds. The staff was very helpful and even had them walk our dogs a couple of times on the day we were in Boston. No charge, just a tip if I so desired, which I was very generous just knowing that I didn't have to worry. There are many activities and I can just imagine it is a busy campground during the summer months. We would definitely choose this campground again and hoping our next stop is even close to as nice as this one.
