“Special place for a special event”

We celebrated a special family event and it truly was special. The facility easily handled our entire family ( 20 people ) , while still allowing us to have privacy when we wanted it. Being right on the beach with views of Martha's Vineyard and the passing boats, this property provided the perfect backdrop for our week's activities. This place met and/or exceeded all of our expectations. We'll be back !!

“Great facility for large groups”

This INN now is available only to large groups. We held our family reunion here and the facilities were outstanding in every respect. The rooms were immaculate. The dining room, living room and outdoor spaces were perfect for our get together and enabled our family to spend time together without being confined. Since the INN is right accross from a large beach and Marth's Vineyard, the views were awesome. We look forward to holding future events here.

“Loved Cape Cod!”

We had a wonderful time in Cape Cod. This Inn was nice, but it lacked the warm feel that is expected. I guess because it's for sale and the owner's heart is not in it. However the view, right across from the the ocean, was quite nice and the bedrooms were average. Breakfast was buffet style and nothing special and it is the only Inn, that we have ever been to, that had a sign up that read "Dirty dishes here"!

We will definitely return to Cape Cod, but not to this Inn.
