Stayed here on a girls getaway in the off-season. Our unit was very spacious and clean. The property itself is gorgeous. One of the super-friendly hosts, Walt, gave us a tour of the property and each unit is unique, but all are spacious and immaculate. Great location. Super close to the beach, but you can walk to Main St. for food, shopping, etc. Just an overall great experience. We'll be back for sure!

Don & Walt were great hosts! My husband, daughter and I had a brief 2 night stay here at the beginning of November and I didn't want to leave. We stayed in one of the apartments so that our daughter could have her own room and it looked straight out onto the garden one side and the pool the other side. As we stayed off season there was some maintence work going on but nothing to put us off at all.
I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit the Cape. Wonderful location, fabulous hosts. Just an overall lovely place to stay. We will be returning!!

Drive by there every morning to work with my coffee, great place from my work I send people there all the time they have a great staff weddings and right across from the beach prices are great and they are always fixings up to great standards!!

If you're after identikit rooms and facilities you should stay in one of the many motel chains along the highway, but if you're after a place with a real sense of soul then you won't go far wrong with the Beach Breeze Inn. So what if the internet is a bit patchy in some of the rooms, sitting on the landing sofas to get a connection was no hardship and if anything added to the character of the place.
We stayed here in October to round off our first visit to New England and have to say we were very impressed. Each of the rooms are individually and very beautifully decorated. Ours was up in the rafters, very spacious with a huge comfy bed, seating area, flat screen TV and an en suite with great power shower. We also had a fridge, bottle opener and proper wine glasses which was just great for a pre-dinner drink ahead of the stroll up to Main Street for our evening meal. The real star though was Walt who couldn't have been more helpful. All in all a great little find!
