I am a local and am often asked to make local hotel reservations or recommendations for visitors, family and friends. Because others might find the opinions of a local helpful, I thought I would enter them on this web site. I warm folks away from this property, inless they can't find a room anywhere else in town. In terms of appearance, this is a very average small budget property. It is located on a very busy road.
It is a short drive to shopping restaurants and beaches, but then so is everything in Falmouth! I have always thought the name of this property is misleading. Yes, it is located geographically near Maravista's Great Harbor, but there is no view and no access to the water from this motel. You have trees on either side and very busy thoroughfare in front of you. I can not comment on the interior of this property because I have never been in it and I know no one who has stayed there.
