We have been staying at Green Harbor for five plus years over the 4th of July. The inn keepers make you feel like family. The rooms are very clean and are updated each season. The grounds are kept beautiful with lush displays of flowers. The oversized pool is kept a very comfortable temperature. Pool toys are provided.There is even a shallow baby pool. It overlooks the boat slips and a lovely beach. This is a great family place. You can play volley ball, go out in the harbor on a provided paddle boat,take your own boat out from the complimentary dock, grill some burgers on the complimentary grills or just sit on the swing and day dream. On the fourth of July you will see numerous fireworks displays just sitting on the beach. This is a find. We can't wait until our visit again this year.

I just returned from my annual trek to the Cape. It would not have been complete without a stay at Green Harbor. The cottage is a PERFECT place for a family reunion!

As mentioned in all reviews, this place has outstanding service. At the same time, it's important to have a clean and comfortable room. This hotel is very old and has some inconsistencies in room quality. The rooms are also a little small compared to modern hotel rooms.

We booked several rooms for a family wedding, but they were not all of the same comfort and quality. It seems that if you book a "beach front" or upper-level room that they are better maintained. We stayed in a pool level room and even though the room itself was very clean, there was mold and mildew in our bathroom. We checked with some other family members and they also noticed mold in their closet. The family members who stayed in the upper rooms didn't have any problems.

For a family get together, this is a great place. The grounds are well-kept and the setting is lovely. Just make sure to get an upper-level or beach front room.

Spent a few days in mid-October based here for trips around Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. Perfect, lovely cabin overlooking the water front, peaceful - waking up to the ducks and other wild fowl. What more can you ask? Owner friendly and extremely helpful, will most defeinately come here again for the water sports and pool in the summer. Highly recommended.
