This is a good value Motel. Old fashioned (which goes with the rest of Cape Cod) but for the price you can't go wrong. Pool is clean and very deep. Lots to do within walking distance.

The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfect & the shower had good force. The pool was wonderful & clean as well. Not much dresser door space, but plenty of hangers. Soft mattress, not so good for those with bad backs but my husband & kids slept well. We would return. Heard the some king size beds have newer mattresses on the second floor.

Me and my family have been going here for 5 years now !! It is a nice little place the pool is really nice !! The beds are somewhat not great right on Route 28 where there is a lot to do! Mini Golf on site and family fun center too !! Also they have really good ice cream and the front desk was really nice !!

we always get the same room. second floor family room right above the pool. At night we keep the door open and get the gentle breeze! Very safe feeling. Love having the mini golf and ice cream stand right in the parking lot. Great location to activities! It certainly isnt the Marriott but it is a great place to relax after a day at the beach!!
