“Great central location on Cape Cod - quiet, off the beaten path.”

We exchanged our time-share property for a suite at this resort via Interval International.
My new husband and I chose this resort for our honeymoon because of it's central location, off the main drag, only 1-2 blocks from the beach, indoor & outdoor pools, and whirlpool tub in our room. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, whenever we ran across management they inquired how our stay was going and offered suggestions for restaurants and things to do.
We knew driving around for a taste of all areas of Cape Cod was our itinerary, but having the indoor pool (outdoor pool was ready but not inspected - weather was chilly for outdoor pool use anyway) and full kitchen facility available outside of our room was a pleasant surprise. We picked up a few lobsters from a local pound and steamed them back at the resort in the common kitchen, so our own suite didn't have to smell of fish - it was great!
We also used the outdoor charcoal grills for cooking steak, talked to the staff about getting some grill utensils and we were supplied with charcoal and lighter fluid as well. Was a nice option to eating at restaurants during the entire week.
Cape Cod in May is beautiful, even with a couple of rainy days. The rain gave us an excuse to take it easy and enjoy the resort. Fabulous find, indeed.
The whirlpool tub was OK, but was HUGE. Kitchen in suite was small. Did get talking to time share owners and the resort is due to undergo major renovations, suites bathrooms will get bigger, the oversized tubs removed and the kitchen space improved with large fridge instead of dorm-size under-counter. If we visit the Cape again we will definitely consider staying at The Club again.

“I have stayed here for over 20 years and have always looked forward to returning.”

Staying here for a week in August has been a summer tradition for my family and I every year since I can remember, and I have seen the resort go through many changes and improvements over the years. Recently, manager Tom has added even more amenities including a computer in the lobby with free internet access, and an upstairs lounge with a big screen TV where guests can relax with free coffee. It also includes books and video games for the kids. Tom has also started developing the new look of the Club rooms, starting with room 12, which can be seen or when vacant or booked on request. Tom has really been great since "joining" the Club, and has only made it better. The staff have lot of experience and are always happy to help when you have a question or need assistance. Aside from the new amenities, the Club also has the indoor pool with the jacuzzi (whirlpool hot tub) and sauna, tables and chairs to relax, plus restrooms with lockers and laundry facilities. The outdoor pool also has lounge chairs, plus tables with umbrellas to shade from the sun. In the rear of the the resort is a large backyard with barbecue grills. The resort location is fabulous. From here it's a 10 minute walk down to Glendon Beach, a pleasant small beach on Nantucket Sound. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking and a short driving distance from the resort. Mayflower Beach, a beautiful beach in Dennis on Cape Cod Bay, is only a 30 minute drive. This beach has free parking after 5pm and you can view sunset over Cape Cod Bay.

“Extremely clean and kid friendly!”

We stayed here for 5 days and the location was great - right in the middle of the Cape, with easy access to everything. The pool and hot tub area was immaculate and there was a great grassy yard to barbeque and for the kids to play. The staff was so friendly and helpful and even the bed shets were super soft - not the cheap scratchy kind you often find at hotels. Also, the beach is within walking distance. We would definitley stay here again!

“Comfy, cozy, and near everything Exciting fun location”

We had a great time. Got our walks in to the beach and shopping. Everything we needed was in the condo. Without the right company Mar. and Nov. may be gloomy to some people. Whirlpool tub for 2 and 2 swimming pools, one indoors ideal for that rainy day. Cooking out cut down on eating out expense and gave us time to just relax.
People that work there are just wonderful. I love the Cape

“Don't Join This Club”

After staying at virtually all Vacation Resort International properties on Cape Cod, we spent four days at this one. While not expecting it to be as plush as some others, we were still underwhelmed. It was clean, but run down. One roll of toilet paper for four days does not work. Light bulbs were burnt out. It did more resemble a motel than a time share. It was comfortable enough, and not horrible, but I would recommend VRI's other properties before this one. The thing that made us know we would NEVER return, is when on our last night, we drove right by the place at night without seeing it. This baffled us, until we turned around to find the place in COMPLETE darkness. No lights on the property whatsoever. No porch lights, no sign, no office light, nothing! The next morning the check out process seemed to confuse the clerk. It turned out they were closing for the season, and that is why all the lights were out. I think they should have waited until guests left! It is dangerous to have a property with guests, left in complete darkness, and it really upset our last night of vacation.
