We got a really good deal from VRI and had some time off and needed a vacation. So off we went. We had very low expectations. And I was so pleasantly surprised!!!! The room was gorgeous!!!! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. I will have to admit we got room 12 which seems to be the model room so I can not comment on the other rooms. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The pools were clean, warm and enjoyable. The hot tub was closed. It was a 10 min walk to the beach which was fine. After 4pm we would drive as you did not have to pay after that for parking. The back patio was nice for hanging wet bathing suits. We kept saying if we had little kids with us this yard would be perfect. We enjoyed Joeys Pizza, Sundae School( expect to wait-they had police directing traffic each night and parking attendants as it was so crowded), Chapins and we did love the deli accross the street. This is not a luxury resort but a perfect place for a beach vacation!!!!

We were looking for a quick escape from the July heat wave for 2 adults and 2 children. For the price and location, it is a great deal. There are two rooms, with a foldable "screen" (door) between the bedroom and living room. There is a tv in each room.. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and just the right temps. I found the front desk very helpful. To save money bring your own food since there is kitchnette. We ate breakfast and dinner at the picnic table outside the room each day and packed a lunch to bring to the beach, which is a 3/4 mile, easy walk down the street. The "Dog House" resturant next door is very good, cheap and has more than hot dogs. Only negative partof our stay - the dishes in the unit weren't the cleanest. I had to wash all before using. Avoid the convience store across the street, unless buying the newspaper. If you need beach supplies, ask the front desk about the Christmas Tree shops nearby. Also, it is worh the drive back to Rt. 134 to buy food at a grocery store than across the street.
Overall, for easy beach, pool access, and to save money (kitchnette), awseome deal. We found an on-line deal and only paid $84/night.

I booked a stay in the middle of June 2011. They sent me an email 3 DAYS before my stay and told me my reservation was cancelled, they were doing renovations. They call me two days later to offer me a discount rate later in the season! I asked them to cover the cost of the new hotel I had to book for the original date, which was 300 dollars more. They said they would not do that. The woman I spoke with, Camilla, told me I was being RUDE to HER! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I was at another resort, had to leave as the pull down Murphy bed had me limping after two days. I booked through Vri as an guest online. They sent me to club at Cape Cod. I walked in and walked out. The property needs tons of work! It's quite run down. It's for sale right now. The price would have been $75.-80 per night. This was a wednesday night, during fourth of July week. The manager was nice and showed me the room. It had small fridge, microwave, four burner cook top. An oversized tub, small window a.c. its a tired old property and everything looks dingy.
