Other than Jill the Sales Manager going out of her way to ensure things were good .... The hotel was just ok.... It's alright for a night or two, no complaints.

We stayed here for one night in December and found it to be great. Rooms are large and clean. Hot drinks on tap and fantastic hot breakfast buffet. Would recommend!

We stayed here in August, 2011. We had planned to find a place close enough to Salem, Boston, Plymouth and other historic places in Massachusetts. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, open late-lots of fun. Their complimentary breakfast was very nice-nothing fancy. We drove around to a lot of places easily. If we stayed in Salem, Plymouth or Boston, I'm sure we'd have paid a lot more money and the accessability to other places we visited may not have been as easy. It's right off Route 1.

Stayed there Oct 7,8,9 of 2011. The desk clerk I think his name was Ben was so accomodating I should send this to the corportate headquarters. The maintainance person who I dont know that fixed our hair dryer in the room was FAST, courteous and professional. Personnel can make or break a place. I trusted these people and will stay there again as we felt safe with our belongings in the room. Thank you for such a nice time.
