For starters the staff is friendly if you treat them as friends, the rooms are spectacular for the chain of motel, everything was clean and the rooms were great! Do Not Believe Everything You Read On These Reviews Though About How Bad They Are As Some Hotels In The Area Come On And Trash Them To Get More Business For Themselves!!!!!!!!

I've had good experience with the Choice Hotels chain, until this one. I know there was a tornado here this summer, but the people LIVING here were not displaced by weather. This seems to be a residential hotel paid for by government agencies. I get it. But...... the management should then turn away the business and pleasure travelers and not spoil them against what otherwise is normally a pleasant hotel chain. I will leave it for you to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Avoid the nightly loiterers, the nightly service from the septic truck, the discarded diapers and garbage, the fear for your safety. I can't attach the photos, but I think you get the picture.

Where to start? With the prostitutes, the drugs, or the "hood rats" loitering around the hotel. I was afraid to go outside after dark. People were hanging out in a corner recess of the buliding. I was awakened the first night by the sounds of people in the room next to us crushing and using drugs (yes, the walls are that thin). All night long people knocked on the doors of the 2 rooms adjacent to ours. Unfortunely we made the bad decision to stay there another night. I was awakend around midnight by yelling, fighting, and cussing outside our window. I was temped to see what all the ruckus was, but i was frightened to go near the window. DO NOT STAY HERE! Pay more and stay somewhere safer.

I moved to this pet-friendly hotel after my car was broken into at the only other pet-friendly place in Chicopee. The rooms were very well appointed, with a pretty cherry finish stand and what looked like a granite table/desk. We had a refrigerator and a microwave, and the breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of free coffee, even after breakfast time, and an in-room coffeemaker if you wanted more.
The housekeeping staff was pleasant and efficient. I was sad to see that some long term residents have apparently made the hotel into a trash dump. There was trash everywhere in spite of signs posted asking people to use the dumpster in back. Some dog owners have no respect for others and not only let their dogs poop and not care to pick it up, but also let their dog poop in the hotel rooms without attempting to clean it. Gross. If I need a pet friendly place I'll be back, but otherwise, for a few dollars more there is a really nice place (Hampton Inn) just up the street.
