I got this as an oddball hotwire.com purchase (I am sure there was a glitch - but an great rate) - and was suspicious as hotwire users only had a 30% approval rating, but the room was big and perfect. The reception staff was great, the room was quiet, lots of amenities and breakfast was included. I was delighted!

This hotel is right off Rt 495, which makes it very convenient. Basic Best Western. Clean, comfortable. Located between a restaurant and a gas station on the main street. Staff is excellent and helpful. Decent breakfast included. Free internet available in the lobby.

Nice place. Nice room. Nice pool (with very limited hours) Nice back area. We had a coupon so we got the room for $69. Great for that price. I was very surprised to find no microwave. There was one out in the hall for guests but it was dirty and very slow. Also two of the lamps in the room didn't work. The toilet seat didn't stay up. More importantly to me was that the fitness room was very poor. The one treadmill was out of order as was the tv. For some reason you have to go to the front desk for a keyboard for computer -slightly annoying.The staff was great. Helpful and Knowledgeable about the area. Overall it was pretty good but with some effort could have been great

Although this is an older hotel it has been well maintained. The rooms are well appointed, clean aqnd comfortable. The staff is friendly and the location is close to lots of services. The continental breakfast was a bit sparse, but the crumpets were great. Will definitely stay here again.
