We were first shown our room which had not been vacuumed and here was among other things cereal on the floor. They then said they would upgrade us to a room with upgraded amenities. We were shown the room, it appeared clean, when we came back after dinner, the noise in the room was like a freight train running through - we complained - they came up and said they were sorry but could do nothing that night. We found out there was an air conditioning duct going right through the room in the ceiling area somewhere - it was like this for three nights and no sleep. Upon trying to resolve it, they could not find another room for us and their was not supervisor on duty when we checked out - we never got any satisfaction except to say if we came again, we got a message from Marge O'Connor, General Mgr. that we would be given 10% off next time we came - do you think for one moment we would return to this place. It was a most upsetting 3 nights for us - and most unfair.
