We stayed at the Chatham Motel for 4 nights during the month of August 2011 & was pleasantly surprised at how nice the experience was! The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the decor needs to be updated but the quality and condition of the furniture were excellent. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds, a table & chairs & a refrigerator which all came in handy for breakfasts and the occassional lunch. The grounds of the motel were well manicured and flowers were everywhere. The proximity to town was perfect-close enough but without the crowds and the over inflated prices and with the new Dunkin Donuts within walking walking distance, you can't go wrong! We will definitely be back next year!
