“Stay away!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 September 2011

There is nothing nice to say about this place. Dirty, dirty can't believe anything like this exists in Burlington. Staff is terrible will not address any problems. They do not even have cleaning service, you need to go down to front desk to pick up clean towels. Litter everywhere inside and outside. Rooms smell. They are pet friendly but do not have designated rooms, so if you have allergies good luck!! It's a dump..... stay away!!!!

Room Tip: Don't go there! Find another hotel in the area. Rooms aren't worth $10 a night.

“Awful structure great staff.”

rooms are large, but I am afraid far too grubby for me.
Car parking good, even in snowstorm great work done by plow men to keep clear, price great.
Good wifi in rooms, $5 dollar for a week. Staff friendly and helpful but the overall grime was just too much..More than just grime.. the furniture was chipped, burned , scratched deeply. Tiles cracked. The building is just worn out.

Room Tip: Just ask for a larger room on arrival!

“Horrible”

I got scabies!!! I called to warn them so no one else would have to go through the horror and pain that I delt with. They treated me horrible. Avoided my calls and messages. You get what you pay for. My skin was red painful and itchy and full of bugs. When the medication finally killed them they turned in to puss filled sores. Not even an apologie... These people are sick and could care less about others health. Stay away!!!

“A dump”

After I checked in to what is supposed to be a non-smoking room, I move the nightstand to plug in a cord and find a pile of ashes and dirt. The next morning i wake up to a dog barking in a nearby room. The walls are very thin and you can hear TV's and talking in adjoining rooms. I get out of the shower the next morning to find there are no towels. The internet is extremely slow. The carpets are stained and have cigarette burns as does the bedspread - again in a no-smoking room. The sheets are really cheap and rough and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. If you don't have a car, there is no place to have breakfast. There are strange smells from cooking, but i guess this is to be expected from an extended stay hotel.

“Great value and location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 June 2011

Great place to stay for two adults and a baby (18 months). We needed a place with a kitchen to cook and heat up our little one's meals.

LOCATION:
Very convenient location right off the highway situated across from Burlington Mall, plus other standalone stores like Kohl's and Borders. Grocery stores are down the street (1-2 mins drive) which include Trader Joe's and H-Mart (Korean grocery with decent food court). The AMC movie theater is literally behind the hotel (just walk up the hill as cars are not allowed to enter - driving you'll have to loop around).

It is about a 25 min drive to downtown Boston which we visited as well.

FACILITIES:
The facilities themselves are adequate depending on your standards, but admittedly could use some updating particularly the hallway carpets. The room was quite clean, but also could use a refresher as it still had the old CRT type television in there (not a big deal as we didn't spend lots of time watching tv). One minor gripe with the room is the wire shelves in the closet. One shelf was loose and we could not put anything reasonably heavy on it. The other shelves were up higher and were only usable for light items (unless you want to lift up/down your heavy bags).

The kitchen had a stove (no oven), sink, refrigerator/freezer and cooking utensils. The cooking equipment was rather paltry with one good sized sauce pan (3 qt?), one cooking spoon and one spatula. The rest were forks/spoons/butter knives/steak knives, plates, bowls, cups, and mugs.

You will of course need to bring/buy your own dish soap and sponge. Luckily we brought a paring knife for "chopping" as there is NO chopping knife supplied there although you could probably get by with the steak knives for chopping.

The bed was of average quality, but the sheets were a bit a touch on the rough side for me as they were possibly a sub-200 thread count sheet (another nitpicky item - I have 400+ thread count sheets at home which I love). I was able to sleep soundly though in our quiet room.

Wifi access was $5 for the entire stay, but a little slow at times.

Laundry facilities are sufficient and you can even monitor your washer/dryer online (but once you start either machine, it'll tell you how many minutes remain for the cycle anyways).

STAFF:
The hotel staff was quite helpful and hospitable (I was able to get some print outs from the front desk at no charge, BUT bring a USB drive with you which I luckily had).

Room Tip: Quiet room facing rear of hotel
