We had to stay here last minute when we had a plumbing emergency and no water in our home. They were able to accommodate my family of 5 with no problem. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, one queen bed in each bedroom and a pullout couch. The room was very clean, and the kitchen was a nice bonus. The kids loved the pool, it was good sized and there was also a hot tub. I thought the couch in the room was strange, it was more like a chaise with one very high end and the other side with no arm at all...it was pretty uncomfortable trying to sit with my daughter watching TV. The breakfast was great, hot options as well as waffle maker, baked goods, oatmeal, yogurts, fruit, cereal etc. Everything you would need. Almost a little unexpected last minute vacation right in our backyard!

Hotel was nice but my room had the heat pump from the room across the way right outside the bedroom window. Sounded like a truck engine running. Check your room before settling in.

The studio suite we stayed was quite spacious and comfortable. We loved the air conditioning of the room as the AC vents were on the ceiling and didn't have those bulky noise making units at the bottom. This was definitely the plus point of the room. The suite had updated full equipped kitchen. Never felt short of anything. The staff is very courteous and friendly.
The only negative point of my stay was the Internet being way too slow. Apart from that, felt very much at home.
Will definitely come bk to stay at residence inn at Brockton the next time I'm ard Boston.

Stayed here while in town for a festival in Canton in September 2011. Checkin was OK, not enough parking to handle hotel guests. Only 1 elevator, so often a wait to use it. Room for 4 only had 3 towels each day-a little weird. Room was clean, good size, and location was convenient.Breakfast room is large, and they had enough to offer so that everyone was full when we set off for the day. Breakfast workers were great, kept area clean and well stocked. Not a bad place for the price this close to Boston.
