We stayed here because it was close to our friends' house.

The only thing positive is that it was close to South Shore Plaza, a great shopping complex.

But the negatives outweighs:
1) Far from train station
2) No cleaning service at all during our 5 day stay
3) They charged a credit card bill ($6) without consulting us!
4) I was bitten by something from the bedsheets.

The owners were nice enough, but I wouldnt say they provide any services as such.

Wanted a nice place for my GF's birthday weekend, some place with a great location near a thearter, mall, and good restaurants. This Hotel is in a great location, the outside of it is fairly decent to look at and it's in on a hill which is pleasently paved. These are all the complements I can find for this place.

At the price you can find way better value else where and in just as good of a location. I will relate my experience step by step.

Before I continue there was nothing glaringly wrong w/ the staff or the room just for the price and the location this hotel is awful.

Upon arrive the staff is clearly not very professional, but not rude or disinterested just not really focused on greeting guest.

The room for there "signature queen stu" its small, the kitchen is unimpressive staley white that didn't look just used and wiped off. The room its self is poorly lite, walls are thin, you can hear the talking, walking, and running water of your neighbors. The worest part is the mattress, the carpet gives more, its stiff and very uncomfortable and they give you 2 pillows.

Now don't remember bleeding but to my horror when I awoke the next day my GF in formed me that there was blood stains on my pillow, I'll stop this story here.

So DO NOT STAY HERE ITS AWFUL!!!

I was traveling for work with my wife and baby and needed a place with a kitchen, microwave etc. I booked the newer suites they had and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, looked new, the stove was as expected, clean OK size microwave, and a clean refrigerator. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend this place and stay again. Also, as I was staying for a long time I got an excellent rate too.

My Husband and I wanted a day off from work and Home, so we booked this motel or what ever you may call it through Priceline.com.. We loved the Location it was easy to find. (we Nav it) It was up on a hill, one gets a glimpse of the valley. and not far from the exit.
In side, we had requested Nonsmoking, Well, the Elevator stopped on the what obviously smelled as a smoking floor. When I asked, the receptionist who was taking us up to our floor, she utter, "your room is on the right wing" as if the smoke was commanded not to flow to the right wing. We have always done a weekends getaway. This place I will never stay there again.
