My wife and I stayed here on the way to deliver a car I sold online the next day to nearby Mechanicsville,MD. Due to a prior bad experience at a different Holiday Inn, this was to be their last chance with us. The Waldorf Holiday inn redeemed themselves for the brand. Quick courteous check in. Clean , quiet room with a pillow menu! Their was a raucous family reunion in the banquet area but we never heard a peep. The Damons was open for us to get Ribs at around 11pm (late arrival). Air worked, easy room access, property appeared fresh and recently renovated. No complimentary breakfast, but no big deal. The room and service are much more important. My only regret was we didnt get to take advantage of the huge olympic swimming pool!

I checked in and found my bathroom disgusting. PUB. HAIR everywhere! The floor was SICKENING! I immediately requested new room, which I was given. The new room had a few stray hairs in the bathroom, but nothing like the one before. The bathroom caulking was unpleasant to view, but no real concern. No fridge or microwave in the second room, so I got screwed TWICE. Also, no luggage carts available at night!
Service staff was nice, but for $120, I expected MUCH BETTER! Will NOT stay there again. More like a $39 motel.

Our group of 10 needed a place to stay near MIR for Pinks All Out and choose the HI for the location and pool. Exceeded our expectations and happy with our choice. The rooms were clean and comfortable; everyone was very friendly. The people at Damons Restaurant could not have been nicer or more accommodating. A special thanks to Mia and Chanté for making us feel so welcome.

In reference to the Holiday Inn in Waldorf maryland.I would highly recommend this business to anyone who was looking for a good place to stay.Everything about the place was so customer oriented.the front desk,the housekeepers,management,even the bellhop.Everyone was so sincere in their effort to make the customer happy.If I am spending my money at a place,I want to feel like they are glad I am there.This business woulld be a good place to train people on how its suppose to be done.We will always stay there when we are in Maryland.
