I was not expecting a boutique hotel experience for $110 per night, but I certainly expected more than this place delivers. The room does have a kitchenette, so they can call it a suite, but I've seen cozier college dorm rooms. There is no real closet, just a jog in the wall with wire shelves complete with 5 flimsy plastic hangers, no door. The mattress is a slab, no padding at all. The one in my room was stained, as was the cushion on the chair next to the bed. Under this chair seat was a stash of food left by previous occupants - how thoughtful! The furniture was dusty. The bathtub was coated with a fine white powdery substance - soap scum or Comet? A few cups, dishes and silverware are supplied, but no dish detergent. Also - no shampoo, no hair dryer, no hand lotion, not even a cheesy print on the wall. Whatever you may need, be sure to bring your own. The front doors do not open automatically. The staff sat behind their counter and watched as my elderly mother and I struggled to hold the doors open and wheel in the luggage cart, no offer of help.
The final straw was the noise level. You can hear anyone in any other room, plus the traffic noise was very loud. Read the fine print on their website regarding towels and housekeeping. You'll get the picture.

Well, the price is right......but lots of problems. Desk never seemed to be open in the morning on time. Fire alarm went off in the middle of night in room when I turned on heat.

Bathroom both times I stayed (5 days each time) were dirty....not detailed cleaned. Linens were wore out. Bedsheet kept coming off because it had been washed so many times the elastic was worn out.....it wouldn't stay on bed. Both times not just the one room.

A limited amentites establishemnt that welcomes pets. VERY clean, VERY hospitible! Bring your own shampoo, hair dryer, etc. However, it was very quiet and the room has a frig, microwave, and dishes to use!
