I stayed at this hotel on a random Sunday in Decemeber, and the room was simply beautiful. At first glance coming into this hotel (especially at night) one would assume its an average Crowne Plaza, but when you check in and walk to your room, you're greeted with a very pleasant suprise.
The guestrooms have clearly been remodeled and renovated over the past year or so. The decor is very nice: furniture was all in excellent condition, pretty good channel options on the flat screen, sweet bathroom setup with ceramic tub surrounds and granite counter tops. The room has a very hip feel (unique color choices), it was designed all with a good purpose.
I also walked around this hotel to checkout the fitness center, and its by far the nicest I've been too in any hotel. It has all the right equipment, super clean, and spacious. They have changing rooms, and even have a yoga/strech studio. I would stay here anytime, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
I didn't have much contact with the staff, but the little interaction I had, everyone seemed very friendly.
My only suggestion would be to put some spotlights on the front of the building to increase curb appeal as the interior quality exceeds the exterior -- a very minor issue, if even worth mentioning.
