I have stayed here 3 times before, on weekends, and have found it to be just fine, for the price. The upgraded rooms are very nice, tho housekeeping is unpredictable.
I stayed during the week this last time, and also chose the cheaper, non-upgraded room.
Choose the room upgrade!!! And during the week, the hotel is largely populated with construction workers, not the same vibe as the families and tourists that stay on the weekends.
Also, due to a change in management, they no longer have a liquor license...too bad. Staff at desk were not sure when they would get it back.
An OK hotel for families (lots of room, breakfast is a plus, full kitchen (with room upgrade), separate sleeping area with 2 TVs). But weekday clientele is sketchy.
Room Tip: Pay the extra $$$ for the superior room -- full kitchen, ice maker etc.

It is nice to read reviews from a guest who has stayed with us more than once. As you know, we have many renovated rooms and some which are still in need of renovations.
We always want our guests to feel safe in our hotel and we do understand having a construction crew in the hotel during the week may be intimidating. We do stay in contact with the crews and their supervisors while they are here to ensure policies are being adhered to.
Our management staff is always available to speak to any guest if you ever see a problem with the other guests or staff. Each and every guest at the hotel should have the expectation of a clean, safe environment during their stay.
Thank you again for your time in posting a review. Our staff takes each review seriously and we do study them as a team to see where we may improve.
Sincerely,
Stacey Schuhardt
