The front desk check in was friendly. We got a first floor room as requested. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We did ask for extra blankets but were told housekeeping was closed for the day, so no extra blanket. The breakfast buffet is just OK. An employee shut it down 20 minutes early so we didn't get to eat as much as we wanted. The location is good if you are going to the casino, the outlet mall, East Side or Havre de Grace. In my opinion it's a little pricey for what you get.

My family was forced to evacuate due to flooding in our town. We stayed in the Ramada. It is next to a truck stop, Denny's, Dunkin Donuts and Taco Bell, which gives you an idea of the clientele. There were several women milling about the hotel, but I won't speculate here what their business might have been.

The rooms are small and poorly laid out. For some reason the maids leave the AC on constantly, so that the rooms are freezing when you re-enter. The basics are there and the shower was good, although the curtain rod was about to tear out of the wall.

Breakfast was the standard minimal freebie.

We went to enjoy the new casino for my hubby's birthday. We decided to stay the night in order to have more gamblin time and visit with our kids. We checked in early, and out quickly with the nicest desk clerks. The room was perfectly spotless. Outside entrances so easy to unload and not noisy like inside hallways. Terrific to get up for their continental breakfast. Plenty to choose from & well stocked. Also shop in lobby with snack items. Denny's only walking distance thru parking lot if you're hungry & don't want to drive for dinner. Only two blocks to the casino. Close to #95 but not noisy.
So go, stay at the Ramada & have a great weekend. Hope you win big!

No HBO on day 1 was no big deal. No water on day 2 was a huge deal.
