“More than adequate.”

My husband and I stayed one night here after meeting up with old highschool friends for the day. The lobby was bright and clean, the staff friendly and acommodating. Our room and bathroom were beyond clean. There is construction of a new building going on next door, but we spent Friday night at the hotel and there was nothing going on at the work site on Saturday morning. If you are staying during the week, you should ask for a room which does not face the work site, unless you are leaving very early in the morning.

Thank you for staying with us and your nice comments regarding the hotel and staff. While understand the construction of the hotel being built next to us is a bit unsightly, I'm pleased to say it really hasn't caused any noise issues as they do try and monitor the hours they are doing the heavy work.

When it is all done and the hotel is open, we will have have the added benefit of addtional parking between the two hotels.

We hope to see you again in the future.

“Poor Service - Shocking”

I recently stayed at this location. My wife's reading glasses were broken by the cleaning maid, and the hotel staff up to and including the manager denied it happened. No attempt was made to rectify the situation.

I would not trust -any- personal property to be safe at this location. Take everything you own with you every time you leave the room for any length of time.

Overpriced, and unsafe. Not a good choice.

A thorough investigation involving the housekeeper and executive housekeeper indicated the glasses were not touched or broken by our staff. I explained to the guest all hotels have a general policy that if we are not 100 percent sure we caused the damage, we are not responsible for items left in a room.

We have a wonderful reputation with our guests, many of which left valuable items behind and were shocked and very pleased when we called them to tell them we had the item and were returning it to them, in most cases shipping included.

“Continue to like Garden Inns”

For business travel the Hilton Garden Inns continue to be a favorite of mine, and this one delivers a consistent experience. Service, cleanliness, quite, and compfort were all great. And it's always nice when you're outside the city but can still walk to a couple restaurant and bar options.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for the nice words. We're glad you found our hotel and location pleasing. We are excited about the addition of The Green Turtle restaurant and sports bar right across the street from the hotel, our guest have enjoyed it very much.

As for the hotel, we are pleased that our fitness cetner is being completely renovated with a fresh new look and all new state of the art equipment. Completion of this should be by mid July.

We hope to see you again in the future.

“confortable but too expensive”

I stayed one night on December 3.

1- The room (410) was spacious and comfortable.

2- Free access to the Internet.

3- Breakfast was all right.

4- I paid 171 USD for 1 night, which was too expensive. I had just come from staying 5 nights at a Sofitel in San Francisco Bay, a 4-5 stars hotel, where I only paid about 120 USD per night.

There is a Hyatt hotel closeby. I will try that next time.

Thank you for the nice words conerning your stay at our hotel. I checked into your reservation about the rate.

It appears you booked a bed and breakfast rate online (or maybe your travel agent did). It should have come with four breakfasts each day (a value of $14) per person.

Our normal rates during the weekday vary from $139 to $159. If you didn't eat the breakfast or only had two people in your party, it would have been cheaper to just book the room without the breakfast.

I hope this helps for future stays.
