Front desk girl was extremely nice, even upgraded us for free! Breakfast girl was great too. Everyone I came in contact with was so nice. Prices can be a little high in the summer but not bad at all in October. Also very close to Secrets.

The room was large with a king bed and a sofa and small table. A refrigerator and mircrowave were in a small foyer area with the closet. The bathroom was good with water jets in the tub and a large sink counter. The breakfast was adequate with coffee, juice, bagels, bread, cereal, eggs, and waffle maker. Free, but very slow wifi was part of the room.
The furniture was old but was comfortable. Nothing was outstanding but all was okay. Thr price was lower than many places near this hotel. It is on the main road in OC and rooms near the stree are a bit noisy.

The staff is very friendly, however when I realized I did not need to stay an extra night they would not credit me for the second night. I considered to stay and just enjoy the beach, however the water was barley warm. -- normally, I would ask for another room, but when I woke up stiff and achy. the internet in the room was annoying that it keeps kicking you off line. I decided it just was not worth it.

I will argue this point to powers higher, but I can say this, if were free, I would not stay at this property again.

Just returned from a two day stay. The rooms are OK. Clean & modern.
Night Front Desk Attendant was very helpful. There is no View and noise from the Highway in front of the Hotel. Breakfast was just OK little selection.
The biggest problem & the reason I would never stay here again is that they use a
Limited Bandwidth ISP Valuepoint that constantly has the Login SCreen popping up when you try to open a web page. Had to go to the Restaurant down the street just to answer e-mail. If you use a Computer to stay in touch avoid this property @ all cost you will need to leave the property and find a place with free Internet.
I travel often and when I find a property using these substandard ISP, I make a note and never return to that Property.
The Owners may be saving pennies by using these Jokes of a Service, but in the long run it will cost them Room Nights.!!!!! I kow I will never bee back.
I am going to OC next Month I will be sure to avoid this property.
