Where to start? I had the "deluxe" showcase room that was closest to the lobby and was told by staff- enjoy that new TV! I guess they thought there was a flat panel in there, but someone had replaced it with an older tube TV.

The bed: stains on the sheets and the pillow smelled like ___ . (<--- you fill in the blank)
I slept fully clothed on top of the bed- we checked in late and by the time they could have changed it, I'd have to be awake.

The bathroom: Hairs on the ceiling and door, plus what looked like blood stains on the door jam.

The Continental breakfast: Was served out of a Lincoln Continental in the back parking lot- the OJ was great but the bagels were a bit stale. I've had better coffee in jail.

My friend & I had to get a room there for only one night & in the middle of the night we were watching tv so she jumps out the bed yelling telling me that there was a bug & all the sudden we look over to the a/c unit & there were several bugs coming out of there!!! It was so disgusting! We grabbed our stuff & got out of there ASAP! Had to call a cab & go somewhere else at 1:00 am!!! Because they have no one at the front desk after hours! This is the second time it has happened first in Philadelphia & now in Baltimore. Terrible place!

I booked this hotel via hotwire for $56 (including tax). This is a good deal.

The hotel is easy to find. The check-in and check-out were easy. Staff was friendly and accommodate our request for a quiet room without hesitation.

Our room was clean and everything was in its order. Extended Stay America hotel holds its standard well.

We stayed there for 7 nites. It was a great place, friendly staff and clean rooms. Towels had some hair on it although clean. other than that everything was great. Walking distance from the hotel are Hoyts Cinema, Deli, BP Gas station, Bob Evans restaurant, Wendys & Ruby Tuesday! Got it on a great deal at hotiwre for $49 + tax/nite!
