I stayed here one night last week when I had an early flight out of BWI the next morning. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a very friendly young man at the desk. I cant say enough of his wonderful customer sevice. Quick check in with no complications. When the door to the elevator opened to the floor of my room, I knew I had made a mistake. The walls in the hallway were old and dirty and it had a dirty smell to it, and the windows were up on each end of the hallway..obviously to keeop the smell down. My room was sub-par. The bed had only sheets. The carpets had mnay stains. The bathroom had repairs to the walls, but not painted over in the same color. The tub walls had mildew. The walls were so thin I could hear the people next door talking. When I left the room to go to my car for something, I was met in the hallway by people who looked less than admirable. The next morning before I left, I chose not to eat at the breakfast bar...the milk was not being kept cold neither was the yogurt and the bread was hard. I think some rooms must be remodeled from what I have read in tripadvisor, but I obviously didnt get one of them. There are many hotels in the area, and I will choose another one the next time I stay in this area.

I traveled with my husband and our two small children. We stayed here for about a month. We had the suite which was nice and big and came with a Queen bed and a pull-out sofa. There was a desk and a comfortable desk chair. There was a nice sized bar fridge and sink. the cable selections where lacking a lot of basic channels but there was HBO on the flat screen tv which was wall mounted. Also there was a channel dedicated to showing plane departure and arrival times. The room was clean and room service came everyday. For the most part it was quiet. We could hear every time the room across the hall and next door left or came back due to loud doors. The breakfast was fine. Fresh waffles on top of the usual dry cereal and pastry fare. I give it four stars and not five because I saw two roaches in the bathroom in our first week there.. We were moved to a different room and I didn't see another one for the rest of our stay. All in all in was a good hotel.

Stayed one night before flying out in am. We did not use there shuttle to airport or there parking. Called last minute to get room only had room with one double bed in it ,but we took it. room was very small but clean and smelled very fresh. The lady @ the front desk was very helpful and nice.There is a Chiles,TGI fridays, and wendys close by. They also have continental breakfast that starts @ 4;30am.I noticed on first floor they are remodeling ,new ceramic floors , new sinks and counter tops. We did not have a refridge or microwave in our room,but im not sure about the other rooms. I did not hear alot of noise like the other reveiws said nor did i see anything out of the way going on .I would definetly stay here again before flying out of BWI.

Location and Price, Couldn't ask for more. Transport to and from airport or Baltimore light rail station are complementary. Had a double queen room, with microwave and mini fridge. Room and Bathroom clean and fresh. No noisy neighbours. For less than $60.00 a night, kind of hard to ask for more. If your looking to stay at the Marriott, it just down the road. But if you want a good price and decent place to stay. Well you can't go wrong.

Hot and Cold breakfast available, waffles, oatmeal, and bagels. And cold cereals, juice and toast. Again for less than $60.00 a night hard to ask for more. Computers with printer in the Lobby to print boarding passes for travel. Helpful staff and Knowledgeable about the area. Great For Non-Revers.
