This is a rather new hotel and I have stayed at its sister property the Westin several times before, so I was shocked at this Sheraton. The room lay out is awful, the desk is on the same wall as the window and a huge cabinet that houses the ventilation system. That means if you are eating or working you are stuck in a corner facing the wall. The window is high, so you can't even look through that. The tile in the shower and bathroom room were dingy, The flat screen was nice, but you could only see it from the bed or the chair. There was a file cabinet that moved but to me didn't serve much purpose.
Downstairs the staff wasn't that helpful. I tried to print out my boarding pass and there was a big blank white spot down the middle making it useless. I went to the girl at the desk and she said, "Yeah, I think it is out of ink, I tried shaking it earlier" When I asked about more ink, she just shook her head. Then I asked her if she could print one for me and she literally said, "yeah, no, I can't"
I stay in hotels 3-4 nights a week, but I will not be back at this one.
