I've enjoyed my stay here except for the creepy pool girl. I went down with my 2 children and from the time we walked by her she did nothing but stare at us for the entire time we were there. When I say stare I mean she actually leaned on her elbow to prop her head up and stared! She didn't move an inch until we left and we were there for about half an hour. On the bright side, room service is excellent and everyone has been very eager to please with the exception on the pool attendant. One more thing is that the cable tends to freeze up every few minutes but that might just be because of the weather. Had it not been for you know who, I would've given this hotel 5 stars.

This Hilton is very modern, clean, and spacious. There is ample parking. It is a bit hard to find as it is behind the Marriott, and not directly on West Nursery Rd, but good signage made it easy (just don't trust the gps which will take you to the Marriott). I came on a Friday for an early 6AM Saturday flight, so the concierge room was closed - but as a Diamond member, they did give me a free coupon for breakfast - unfortunately the restaurant opened at 7AM and my plane left at 6. Diamond members also get free internet. I was extremely pleased with my one night stay and will return again.

As part of an out-of-town wedding party, lots of us showed up at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and late-night drinks--wonderful staff...pleasant, efficient, anxious to please. Special note given to Dante Hilton who was a hands-on manager and did a great job of making sure everyone was happy and did so with an ever-present smile, all the while giving all of us great service. Thank you, Dante!

This is one great hotel. The staff was second to none. I have never had a more pleasent stay at a hotel. Some of the kind folks that made the stay so wonderful were Julia, Dante, Michael, Pam and Thadious. I would be afraid to stay at another hotel in the area as I'm sure it would be a let down.
