We used this motel several times in the past years.
It must be under new ownership.
Judging by the people staying there ; It looks like a welfare motel and was not very clean.
I would never use it again.

Small rooms with not so good beds. Complimentary breakfast was a good one. Not a good idea to stay for more than a night and definitely not with a family. The 2nd floor is for the smokers and 1st for non-smokers. If you get a room close to the stairway you can smell cigaratte smoke. Has a good parking facility.

With a very good location just off I95 and a lovely setting, this *could* be an excellent choice. My room, although spacious, showed signs of poor maintenance: an old TV that had really bad picture quality, stains on walls and furniture, anchors for a missing picture (or maybe a mirror), etc. The grounds, featuring a large pond, are full of litter and old mattresses. Although the main building is set back from the highway and is quiet, the rooms don't seem to have been built with sound barriers so one hears the neighbours. I paid $69 (including a rip-off $10" pet fee") which isn't bad but I would hesitate to return fearing further deterioration here.

Convenient to interstate 95. Room had small refrigerator and microwave. Bed needs to be updated(at least in the room we stayed in). Plenty of parking.
