My husband and I stayed here for one night on August 28, 2011 on our way to Baltimore. This was a last minute decision as the hotel we were going to stay in had lost power an hour before we arrived and we were told it would not be back for 1 to 1.5 days. So we decided to bail.

We should have gotten the superior room, an upgrade above the room we stayed in. Our room was just a little too small. We could have used the extra space. Regardless, it served its purpose--we had a comfortable nights sleep and we got on our merry way the following morning. I also must add that the room was very clean, mattress, bathroom and all. Customer service was great and friendly. A little disappointed they did not serve breakfast. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend 23rd-24th and was pleasantly by the cleanliness of the room, the helpful and professional front desk agents....... The next time i'm in town this is were i'll be!

 The Red Roof  in Jessup, MD was a "Pleasantly Surprising" the rooms was nice and comfortable very clean the staff was friendly &  everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating! The location was great  near 95 and close to restaurants. We called for an extra pillows and it was there in minutes. Check out time was a breeze !

For the past month I have had the opportunity to stay at the Columbia/ Fort Meade location. This site was very clean and the overall staff provided outstanding customer service. The level of customer service showed that customer satisfaction is a first priority. The General Manager-Raneeka Boulhassane, CHA demonstrated a professional courtesy through efficient service along with a hands on approach. The respect of the customer shows that this attribute is also shown to the staff (front desk, cleaning, maintenance, etc.). Kudos again to Ms. Boulhassane and her staff. I will recommend this site to all my family and friends.
