In past two months we stayed at Chase suites (Hunt Valley Maryland) three diffrerent times- for total of almost three weeks. The prices are very good, rooms are very clean and breakfast is very good- For all the services they provide including free internet, free printer and computer, free fax and large kitchens, I think the prices are very reasonable (actully much cheaper than other nearby hotels)- Their manager Alda, had been extremly helpful to us-she went up and beyond to ensure that out stay was comfortable. I must also mention that one other front desk person, Keith is extremly congenial and has lots of patience- I have called him several times and evey time he answered with a smile. I would highly recommend this place. I am glad that we chose to stay here -thanks Alda for running this place so good.

After paying $100 to Expedia to stay in this dump,I check in early around 1pm & I get to my room only to find out my keys don't work. No problem. I walk back down to the front to get a new key & the very courteous man (& I mean that with all the sarcasm I can muster) decided to make me wait while he was on his cellphone! Finally I got a new key & was able to get into my room. As I opened the door, my nose was greeted with the smell of stinkbugs, cigarette smoke & onions (which I think the onion smell came from the staff :-/ ) The carpet was filthy & the shower curtain rod was hanging out of the wall so I figured hey I'll take a bath... Sike! The water was hot for 2mins then it was gone. When I asked about it I was told to just "wash up quick"! Tired & frustrated I decided to take a nap. I awoke to something crawling on me & looked down to find stinkbugs in the bed with me & on the counter in the kitchen! I called the front desk in an outrage! I voiced my problems to a young woman who was more than helpful. Not only did she change my room but she inspected it before hand, helped me move my luggage AND serviced it later although she was the only one there! The horrible things you hear are TRUE!! The only beacon of light in that shabby hellhole is a front desk agent by the name of Chanelle. She was very helpful & I hope she escapes from that death trap soon!

We are very impressed with the efficient friendly Management & Staff at the Chase Suites Hotel in Hunt Valley, Md. Making reservations is a breeze, check-in quick & easy, the rooms are fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast is a bonus. Also, the Front Desk Staff does a great job making us feel special. Alda Priest (General Manager) obviously knows how to run a first class hotel. She makes us and every guest feel like a VIP.

Front desk experience was horrible. Man couldn't speak english clearly. Saw a roach run across counter they tried to actlike they didn't se it. Got to my room it smelled like urine and I found dity undies in the bathroom. The tub was dirty blinds broke. No room service and the water was cold. Called to complain some man name kumar told me if I didn't like it I could leave. I noticed when I was at the front desk he was real friendly to the indians.
